Ingredients
- 30g of protein powder (flavor of your choice)
- 30g of quark cheese
- 1 tablespoon of whole wheat flour
- 1 tablespoon of lean cocoa powder
- 1 Stevia dessert spoon
- 1 Egg
- 2 tablespoons of water
- 30g of apple puree (optional)
- 10g peanut butter (optional)
Preparation
- Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix until you get a cake-like mixture.
- Put the mixture previously greased with a teaspoon of peanut oil into a mug.
