A delicious protein shake without whey

The ideal solution for those who walk in the gymnasium and seeks to add protein to your diet, without resorting to supplements.
- 250g of Quark Cheese 0% fat
- 50g of strawberries
- 30g Stevia
- 200 / 300ml of water
Put everything together in a large glass and grind with a magic wand, or grind in a blender, until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
The amount of water is to your liking depending on the consistency you want your shake.
In this case we used strawberries to make this recipe, but if you prefer, you can use another fruit, or even mix several.
