Ingredients

  • 30g protein powder (flavor of your choice)
  • 30g quark cheese
  • 1 tablespoon whole wheat flour
  • 1 dessert spoon of low-fat cocoa powder
  • 1 dessert spoon of stevia
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 tablespoons of water
  • 30g apple puree (optional)
  • 10g peanut butter (optional)

Preparation method

  • Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix until you obtain a cake-like mixture.
  • Pour the mixture previously greased with a teaspoon of peanut oil into a mug.
  • Place in the microwave at maximum power for 2 minutes. Depending on the microwave it may take longer.
  • Using a knife, unmold the cake and spread the peanut butter on top.
