Ingredients
- 30g protein powder (flavor of your choice)
- 30g quark cheese
- 1 tablespoon whole wheat flour
- 1 dessert spoon of low-fat cocoa powder
- 1 dessert spoon of stevia
- 1 Egg
- 2 tablespoons of water
- 30g apple puree (optional)
- 10g peanut butter (optional)
Preparation method
- Add all the ingredients to a bowl and mix until you get a cake-like mixture.
- Transfer the mixture previously greased with a teaspoon of peanut oil to a mug.
- Place in the microwave at maximum power for 2 minutes. Depending on the microwave, it may take longer.
- Using a knife, unmold the cake and spread the peanut butter on top.
