What are pre-workouts?

Pre-workout supplements are formulas used to increase performance during training.

They are usually combinations of amino acids, stimulants and vitamins.
These combinations allow you to increase concentration during training, energy levels and resistance during exercise.

There are several supplements of this type, some better than others.

As the name suggests, it is taken before training, around 30 minutes before.

Formulas that contain stimulants should not be taken at night as they can interfere with sleep.
