Get to know Vasco's sweet potato with steak.
To make this dish you will need:
- Sweet potato
- Beef steak OR chicken
- Onion
- Garlic
- Oil
Instructions
- Make a bed of chopped onion with olive oil and garlic and place on a baking tray.
- Cut the sweet potato into slices, remove the peel and place it with the steak on the same tray.
- Place in the oven and wait 15/30 minutes.
To make the sauce you will need:
- Natural yogurt
- Mushrooms.
- salt
Instructions
- Add the mushrooms, yogurt and salt in a saucepan over low heat.
- Stir until creamy and tasty!
