What is Glutamine?

THE Glutamine it is the most common amino acid in the human body.

It is a non-essential amino acid because the body can synthesize it, but it can be promoted to conditionally essential in certain situations, such as illness.

It is usually sold as a supplement to increase blood pressure. muscle mass, anti-catabolic and improvement in muscle recovery.

It may be beneficial for those who practice resistance/long-term exercise or for vegetarian diets, in healthy people, so far the studies are not very promising and the effects are questionable.
