Get to know Vasco sweet potato and steak.
To make this dish you will need:
- Sweet potato
- Beef steak OR chicken
- Onion
- Garlic
- Oil
Instructions
- Make a bed of chopped onion with olive oil and garlic and place on a tray to go in the oven.
- Cut the sweet potato into slices, remove the skin and place it together with the steak on the same tray.
- Place in the oven and wait 15/30 minutes.
To make the sauce you will need:
- Natural yogurt
- Mushrooms
- salt
Instructions
- Add the mushrooms, yogurt and salt to a pan over low heat.
