What are Trisets?
Trisets, also known as Trisets, are similar to supersets, the only difference is that instead of performing 2 exercises in a row, there are 3.
You do 3 exercises without resting between them.
Example
Triset
Flat bench press – 4 sets x 8 repetitions
Openings – 4 sets x 8 repetitions
Funds – 4 sets x 8 repetitions
You start with 8 repetitions of the bench press, immediately move to the splits and perform 8 repetitions and finish with 8 repetitions of the bottoms.
All this would be done in a row, without resting between exercises, resting only at the end of the exercises.
This is an example of a triset.
