What is Muscletech CreaCore Creatine?

CreaCore Creatine is a supplement from the famous brand Muscletech, responsible for Cell-Tech, and it is a Creatine product only.

According to the brand, it is a super concentrated formula that provides two ultra-pure forms of Creatine.

It is only available in the 259g flavored format and each dose consists of 2.2g.

Is it worth it?

Let's start by first analyzing the main positive and negative points of this product.

+ Positive Points

  • This supplement uses the most studied form, and considered the best, the famous Creatine Monohydrate.
  • Just Creatine without unnecessary ingredients added.

- Negative points

  • It is not Creapure, the patented formula, and considered the purest.
  • Price.

How to take?

The brand recommends taking one dose per day, and two doses to obtain the best results.

This means 1.5g or 3g of Creatine per day respectively.

In our opinion, this is very little. Mainly one dose.

The minimum dose of Creatine supplementation is 3g, and the common dose is 5g.

There is also a possible loading phase, which consists of taking a high dose of Creatine for 5 days, and then switching to the normal dose.

This leads to faster results in the initial phase only.

The ideal would be to take at least 3g, in this case two doses, of Creatine per day.

The most common number is usually 5g, however, if you are very thin, 3g to 4g is enough to get good results, while if you are heavier, you can use 6g.

It is important to highlight that supplementation is done every day, that is, nothing to take only on training days.

Assessment

Muscletech CreaCore Creatine is a supplement that combines two different types of Creatine.

They are Creatine Monohydrate and Creatine HCl.

Monohydrate is the most studied form of Creatine, and practically all studies with positive results are based on this form.

HCl, on the other hand, doesn't have many studies, and theoretically, in terms of results, there shouldn't be a big difference to the monohydrate form.

Each dose of Muscletech CreaCore costs 0.19%, but also provides only 1.5g of Creatine.

To get the traditional 5g, you need to use 7.33g of this supplement, and so the cost rises to 0.65?.

In terms of quality, it is a good product, although Creatine HCl does not yet have major studies to support it.

However, for the price it costs, it is simply a bad buy, and you can get Creatine Monohydrate for 1/6 the price of CreaCore.

Ok product, terrible price.
