Best Creatine Mix

The Best Creatine Mixture is basically where you find the main ingredients of this product, that is, the different types of Creatine.

Unfortunately, BPI Sports does not reveal the amount used for each type of Creatine, just what they are.

If you want to know more about the different types of Creatine, take a look at our article Creatine, the complete guide.

If you simply prefer a summary, here it is.

So far no studies have demonstrated any significant advantage of other types of Creatine over the monohydrate form in terms of effectiveness.

Interestingly, the brand itself admits this in the product description on its official website.

The most heavily researched and trusted form of creatine, backed by hundreds of studies. No other form of creatine has been shown to be more effective over time.

Furthermore, Creatine Monohydrate is not only considered ideal, but also the most economical.

BPI Best Creatine also uses two more ingredients that we will analyze below.

Other ingredients

The other two extra ingredients are:

  • Betaine
  • Himalayan salt crystals

Betaine is a supplement that, according to available studies, case increase performance, it will be very slight.

Furthermore, the dose at which some studies found benefits is much higher than that used in this product, in the order of 2.5g to 6g per day.

Best Creatine has 500mg per dose.

Finally, Himalayan salt crystals could be interesting to provide minerals, especially for those who sweat a lot, but at the dose presented (50mg), they will only have decorative effects.

How to take?

The brand recommends taking one dose per day, which is equivalent to 4g of Creatine.

The most common number is usually 5g, however, if you are very thin, 3g to 4g is enough to get good results, while if you are heavier, you can use 6g.

In the case of this supplement, if you want to use 5g of Creatine, you must use 7.5g of the supplement.

There is also a so-called charging phase, which BPI says is not necessary with its product.

It is important to highlight that supplementation is done every day, that is, nothing to take only on training days.

Assessment

BPI Best Creatine is one of several supplements on the market that combine different types of Creatine.

We are not big supporters of this type of supplements, as the results are usually similar to pure Creatine Monohydrate, but at a significantly higher price.

BPI Best Creatine seems to fit this profile well.

It combines several types of Creatine, with some Betaine and traces of Himalayan salts.

As for the price, if you follow the brand's recommendation and use 4g of Creatine, will it cost you 0.70? per shake.

If you want to go up, and use the most common dose of 5g, the value goes to 0.87?.

It's obviously an extremely high price, and for a third, or even a quarter, you can buy a Creapure Creatine Monohydrate supplement.

Not recommended.
