In the Fitness category there were no changes in the first two places, with Oksana Grishina becoming champion again, and Tanji Johnson taking second place.

Regiane Da Silva came in 3rd after having reached fourth place in 2015, Whitney Jones came in 4th, followed by Bethany Wagner who maintained fifth place in 2015.

Latorya Watts maintained her title in the Figure category, while in second place was Candice Lewis, followed by Cidney Gillon, who went from 8th in 2015 to an excellent 3rd place this year.

In fourth place was Nicole Wilkins, runner-up in Mr Olympia 2015, while Swann De La Rosa impressed with her fifth place.

Women's Physique

In the Women's Physique category there were also no changes in first place, with Juliana Malacarne becoming champion again, followed by Danielle Reardon in 2nd place, after 4th place the previous year.

Heather Grace took third place, while Kira Neuman, after taking 2nd place in 2015, took fourth place in this edition, followed by Jamie Pinder in 5th.
