    Dear Sirs, good afternoon.
    – I am a member of the gym in Cascais. I frequently check that the cleaning of the changing room is not carried out, there is not even paper in the bathrooms and this is at 10 am…
    – I don’t want to make this a complaint, rather a reminder, I often see the cleaning lady walking from one place to the other without a cloth or mop in her hands…

    Greetings

  2. The gym takes advantage of the fact that it is the only one in the region, and therefore is not concerned with maintenance or the well-being of the students. The condition of the equipment is shameful, with torn chairs, missing pieces of upholstery and visible foam. Stools without pins to adjust the angle of the backrest and seat. There are “too few” devices for too many people. Even outside peak times, you have to take turns. Just 1 bench press, for example, or simple things like rope or triangle bar. Therefore, sometimes there is an empty pulley machine (lucky!) but the necessary pulley is not available. A dirty economy! At most times there is no teacher in the hall. Everyone doing exercises alone, without any type of guidance or support (dangerous!). And currently, it’s not even cheap – it’s increased like everything else. I've already complained on the website and in person and they don't give any feedback or show improvements.
Everything to be lost for the students of Cascais, who lack a good accessible gym in the area.
