What is Prozis Creatine tablets?
This supplement from the Prozis Sport brand, as the name suggests, is a Creatine supplement in tablet form, and uses the renowned Creapure.
Creapure is a patented form of high quality and purity Creatine Monohydrate, recognized as the best quality Creatine on the market.
It is available in two sizes, 80 and 210 tablets and each tablet contains 0.75g of Creatine Monohydrate.

How to take?
After the 5 days of the loading phase, in which you use 20 grams per day, the dose increases to 3-6g, once a day.
If you do not intend to do a loading phase, start with this dose.
The most common number is usually 5g, however, if you are very thin, 3g to 4g is enough to get good results, while if you are heavier, you can use 6g.
In the case of this supplement, it is impossible to use the 5g dose, as for that you would need 6.6 tablets, and therefore, either you use 6 tablets and have 4.5g of Creatine, or you use 7 which corresponds to a dose of 5, 25g of Creatine.
It is important to highlight that supplementation is done every day, that is, nothing to take only on training days.

Creatine tablets from Prozis Sport are a good product, and in the case of the 210 tablet package, the price is also great.
Quality is assured since it is Creapure, and therefore, it has to comply with certain quality standards.
The amount of Creatine per capsule, although not the highest on the market, is reasonable.
Regarding the price, each 5g of Creatine in the case of a pack of 210 tablets is approximately 0.60?, which is good in this category.
Unfortunately, in the case of the smaller pack of 80 tablets, the price almost doubles, and each 5g costs around 1.07€.
Very good buy in this category if you opt for 210 tablets, terrible if you only stick to 80.
