Trainingen die echt resultaat opleveren, bestaan niet uit veel functionele oefeningen met medicijnballen en elastieken. Uithoudingsvermogen is geweldig als je traint voor een wedstrijd, maar minder belangrijk als je vet wilt verliezen.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>9<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Het is beter om spiermassa en wat vet te hebben, dan om spieren te verliezen, je metabolisme te vertragen, zwak te worden en uiteindelijk niet de spiermassa of het lichaamsvetpercentage te hebben waar je naar op zoek bent. Doe zoveel mogelijk onderzoek en informeer uzelf.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>35<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Meet uw voortgang niet alleen op de weegschaal. Als je 3 kg spiermassa aankomt en 3 kg vet verliest, blijf je hetzelfde gewicht houden.
