Na een week en wat aanpassingen stond hij op het podium van het IFBB Nationaal Kampioenschap.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">N\u00e3o\u00a0s\u00f3 ficou com o primeiro lugar da sua categoria, como se tornou campe\u00e3o absoluto de Men&#8217;s Physique no Overall, ou seja, \u00e9 o <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">huidige nationale kampioen<\/span>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Naam:&nbsp;<\/strong>John Fialho<\/li><li><strong>Leeftijd:&nbsp;<\/strong>26<\/li><li><strong>Hoogte:&nbsp;<\/strong>1,72m<\/li><li><strong>Wedstrijdgewicht:<\/strong> 70\/71 kg<\/li><li><strong>Gewicht buiten competitie:<\/strong> 76\/77 kg<\/li><li><strong>Zuidelijke Regio 2016 \u2013 2e plaats<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Nationaal Kampioenschap 2016 \u2013 Absolute Kampioen<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-text-align-center has-white-color has-vivid-red-background-color has-text-color has-background wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-como-e-porque-que-come-aste-a-treinar\"><strong>Hoe en waarom ben je begonnen met trainen?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ik ben op ongeveer 15-jarige leeftijd begonnen met trainen en ging al naar de sportschool, samen met mijn goede vriend Andr\u00e9 Cambim. Ik voetbalde toen en wilde graag gespierde spieren hebben, maar ik deed daar geen enkele moeite voor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Regelmatig, met toewijding en ijver, en in 2013, toen ik mijn studie Sport afrondde, was dit mijn verandering!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ik begon met studeren, onderzoek doen, het testen van trainingsmethoden, het aanpassen van mijn dieet en de eerste resultaten werden zichtbaar. Ik ben met dit proces begonnen omdat ik besloot dat ik wilde veranderen. Ik wilde anders zijn en ik wilde als voorbeeld worden gezien.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ik geloof dat wij als coaches in mijn vakgebied, de fitnessbranche, een voorbeeld moeten zijn voor onze studenten\/atleten.
