Althans, volgens WIN Nutrition.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Is dat echt zo?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Niet echt.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Laten we beginnen met de ingredi\u00ebnten.<\/p>\n<h1 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Ingredi\u00ebnten<\/strong><\/h1>\n<p>Er wordt een verondersteld eiwitmengsel vermeld, bestaande uit:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Wei-eiwitverrijkt poeder<\/li>\n<li>Wei concentraat<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Welke prote\u00efnemix is dit?<\/p>\n<p>Eigenlijk is het wei van lage kwaliteit, met een laag eiwitgehalte en een hoog suikergehalte, specifieker: lactose, de suiker in melk.<\/p>\n<p>Om het nog erger te maken, is het volgende ingredi\u00ebnt op de lijst L-Glycine, een goedkoop aminozuur dat wordt gebruikt om het eiwitgehalte op de slechtste manier te verhogen.<\/p>\n<p>In tegenstelling tot <a href=\"https:\/\/ginasiovirtual.com\/100-whey-prime-prozis-analise\/\"  rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Wei Prime<\/a>WIN Nutrition, dat ook deze techniek gebruikt, presenteert geen aminogram en daarom weten we niet wat het percentage wei-eiwit en het percentage L-glycine in dit supplement is, omdat dit Nutrition bestaat uit 35 gram, wat neerkomt op 18 gram eiwit, 13,30 gram koolhydraten en 0,80 gram vet per shake.<\/p>\n<p>Nee, het was geen typefout, dit eiwitsupplement bevat in feite 38% aan koolhydraten, waarin <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">37% zijn suikers<\/span>vandaar de naam Lactase, aangezien dit het enzym is dat verantwoordelijk is voor de vertering van Lactose, dat in dit supplement in grote hoeveelheden aanwezig is.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Is het tenslotte een prote\u00efne of een gainer?<\/span><\/p>\n<p>De waarden zijn slecht, heel slecht, en als je bedenkt dat L-Glycine in de formule aanwezig is en WIN Nutrition het aminogram niet bekendmaakt, is de eiwitkwaliteit waarschijnlijk niet alleen schaars, maar ook van lage Dat betekent dat een deel van de eiwitten alleen uit L-Glycine bestaat en niets anders.<\/p>\n<p>Naast het lage eiwitgehalte bevatten ze een hoeveelheid koolhydraten die een gainer waardig zijn.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Er is niets positiefs aan dit product, noch qua kwaliteit, noch qua prijs.
