Nessa fase apenas olhava para a balan\u00e7a, toda a evolu\u00e7\u00e3o estava na balan\u00e7a, pouco ou nada percebia do assunto e nunca tive ningu\u00e9m que me fizesse um plano de treino.<\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\">Ao longo dos anos a maturidade muscular come\u00e7ou a surgir, embora houvessem algumas paragens prolongadas durante esse percurso devido a factores acad\u00e9micos, etc.<\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\">Hoje em dia treino diariamente, \u00e9 impens\u00e1vel faltar a um treino, tudo tem m\u00e9todo e disciplina, o objectivo \u00e9 indefinido.
