n\u00famero de s\u00e9ries por exerc\u00edcio mais comum s\u00e3o 4 e as repeti\u00e7\u00f5es andam entre as 8 e as 15 repeti\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/p>\n<p>O peito, os triceps e as pernas s\u00e3o treinados directamente duas vezes por semana, enquanto as costas e os biceps apenas uma.<\/p>\n<p>Quanto a treino cardio, o seu m\u00e9todo preferido \u00e9 o cardio de baixa intensidade.<\/p>\n<p>Caso n\u00e3o
