{"id":7900,"date":"2015-04-15T20:50:36","date_gmt":"2015-04-15T20:50:36","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/x5zi2j3tmi-staging.onrocket.site\/?p=7900"},"modified":"2021-04-12T16:50:33","modified_gmt":"2021-04-12T15:50:33","slug":"mythes-dans-la-perte-de-graisse-partie-1","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ginasiovirtual.com\/fr\/mitos-na-perda-de-gordura-parte-1\/","title":{"rendered":"Mythes sur la perte de poids \u2013 Partie 1"},"content":{"rendered":"<h4>\u00c9 inevit\u00e1vel, nesta altura todas as conversas giram em torno do mesmo, e todos os anos ou\u00e7o as mesmas balelas e teorias da batata, que apenas confundem mais e n\u00e3o ajudam nada.<\/h4>\n<h1><!--more--><\/h1>\n<p>Algumas das mais famosas:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Eu s\u00f3 como limpo<\/li>\n<li><span class=\"text_exposed_show\">N\u00e3o como hidratos ao jantar<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"text_exposed_show\">Vou cortar no p\u00e3o&#8230;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"text_exposed_show\">N\u00e3o como fruta porque tem a\u00e7\u00facar<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"text_exposed_show\">Fa\u00e7o 3&#215;20 em todos os treinos e exerc\u00edcios<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"text_exposed_show\">Batata s\u00f3 batata doce<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Agora fa\u00e7o cardio todos os dias<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Com tantas teorias, o mais dif\u00edcil \u00e9 mesmo escolher a mais engra\u00e7ada.<\/p>\n<h1><strong>Mito 1: Eu s\u00f3 como limpo<\/strong><\/h1>\n<p>Durante muitos anos, foi veiculada a ideia de que a alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o certa para definir o six-pack, era comer apenas alimentos &#8220;limpos&#8221;, leia-se: aveia, clara de ovo, ovo, peito de frango, arroz integral, peixe magro, batata doce, etc.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Por vezes, a quantidade era um assunto deixado para segundo plano. Quanto mais &#8220;bland&#8221; era a refei\u00e7\u00e3o, mais eficaz seria na busca do objetivo.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Hoje sabemos que, sem defini\u00e7\u00e3o de kcal e macros n\u00e3o vamos a lado nenhum, e que para perder gordura \u00e9 preciso estar em d\u00e9fice cal\u00f3rico, ponto final!<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Esse d\u00e9fice cal\u00f3rico pode ser conseguido com um plano alimentar extremamente restritivo e bland &#8211; arroz com frango, peixe com batata doce, br\u00f3colos, etc.<br \/>\nOu combinar estes alimentos, chamemos-lhes &#8220;nutricionalmente&#8221; densos com outros mais &#8220;apelativos&#8221;. Vivemos num universo de oferta muito diversificada, restringirmos a nossa alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o a meia d\u00fazia de alimentos torna a tentativa de emagrecer uma tortura&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>O problema \u00e9 que esses alimentos mais &#8220;saborosos&#8221;, sejam ou n\u00e3o junk food, s\u00e3o energeticamente mais densos e por isso, torna-se mais dif\u00edcil manter o requisito d\u00e9fice cal\u00f3rico se n\u00e3o houver um controlo absoluto das quantidades.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Por isso geralmente a melhor abordagem passa por:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Monitorizar as calorias\u00a0e macros ingeridos, comparando com necessidades<\/li>\n<li>Tem de haver um d\u00e9fice cal\u00f3rico para haver perda de gordura<\/li>\n<li>Se poss\u00edvel, podem ser encaixados alimentos &#8220;diferentes&#8221; no dia a dia ou em refei\u00e7\u00f5es espec\u00edficas do plano<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Exemplo mais cl\u00e1ssico: <\/strong>Temos um jantar com amigos no Mac, e queremos encaixar algo &#8220;normal&#8221; que n\u00e3o seja uma salada&#8230; temos X kcal para encaixar, \u00e9 olhar para a tabela nutricional e tentar escolher.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">\n<h1><strong>Mito 2: N\u00e3o como hidratos ao jantar<\/strong><\/h1>\n<p>Os hidratos de carbono s\u00e3o o macronutriente mais visado na alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o na hora de perda de massa gorda.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Porqu\u00ea?<\/strong><\/p>\n<div class=\"text_exposed_show\">\n<p>Criou-se a ideia de que um excesso de hidratos de carbono levava ao ganho de gordura corporal, fruto da ac\u00e7\u00e3o &#8220;engordativa&#8221; da insulina. Este mito foi muito alimentado pelo medo terr\u00edvel da diabetes, e pela moda das dietas low carb de Atkins e South Beach.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c9 curioso que muitas pessoas defensoras do low carb continuam com peso e gordura a mais&#8230; s\u00f3 um detalhe s\u00f3rdido.<\/p>\n<p>A verdade \u00e9 que, os hidratos de carbono s\u00e3o uma faca de 2 gumes porque s\u00e3o aditivos, \u00e9 dif\u00edcil controlar quantidades e n\u00e3o comer &#8220;mais um bocadinho&#8221; e isso leva ao excesso cal\u00f3rico, o que nos leva ao ganho de gordura.<img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-7915\" src=\"https:\/\/ginasiovirtual.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/04\/carbs22.jpg\" alt=\"carbs22\" width=\"600\" height=\"400\" srcset=\"https:\/\/ginasiovirtual.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/04\/carbs22.jpg 600w, https:\/\/ginasiovirtual.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/04\/carbs22-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/ginasiovirtual.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/04\/carbs22-18x12.jpg 18w, https:\/\/ginasiovirtual.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/04\/carbs22-20x13.jpg 20w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Portanto, nada mais f\u00e1cil, tiramos a fonte de pecado, tiramos calorias e perdemos peso&#8230; tiramos esse excesso num momento em que a tend\u00eancia para o excesso j\u00e1 \u00e9 alguma e temos &#8220;dupla vantagem&#8221;?<\/p>\n<p>Sim&#8230; mas&#8230; isso s\u00f3 vale para a refei\u00e7\u00e3o do jantar? N\u00e3o!<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Comer hidratos a mais ao almo\u00e7o,\u00a0jantar ou ao lanche \u00e9 exactamente a mesma coisa. Tanto faz. Porque h\u00e1 um excesso cal\u00f3rico.<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>E porque \u00e9 mais f\u00e1cil dizer para eliminar ao jantar? Porque \u00e9 um conceito preconcebido que ao jantar devemos comer pouco ou quase nada.<\/p>\n<p>Assim criamos um mito f\u00e1cil de propagar, e de manter como verdadeiro.<\/p>\n<p><strong>O problema?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">\u00c9 que \u00e9 justamente quando muitas pessoas t\u00eam mais fome&#8230; logo se n\u00e3o comem qb ao jantar, vingam-se a seguir e acabam por comer o mesmo ou mais.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Metabolicamente falando, em teoria at\u00e9 temos mais vantagem em comer hidratos de carbono ao jantar, uma vez que temos n\u00edveis de insulina mais baixos nessa fase logo menor probabilidade de fazer picos, promovendo maior controlo metab\u00f3lico.<\/p>\n<p>Mas pronto, \u00e9 mais giro dizer o contr\u00e1rio e convencer a pessoa de forma quase &#8220;religiosa&#8221; de que n\u00e3o pode comer depois das 19h.<\/p>\n<h1><strong>Mito 3: Vou cortar no p\u00e3o<\/strong><\/h1>\n<p>Aten\u00e7\u00e3o, n\u00e3o me vou p\u00f4r aqui a discutir hist\u00f3rias do gl\u00faten, amigos e companhia.<br \/>\nO p\u00e3o \u00e9 provavelmente um dos alimentos mais apontados por todos como sendo a causa de engordar, ganhar peso, inchar e outras acusa\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/p>\n<p><strong>100g de p\u00e3o t\u00eam em m\u00e9dia 250kcal, e 1 bolinha (tipo mistura) tem uns 50g logo umas 125kcal&#8230; N\u00e3o sei onde est\u00e1 o exagero!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ok, se comerem 4 por dia, estamos a falar de 500kcal que podemos tirar facilmente. Mas 100g de bolachas de \u00e1gua e sal t\u00eam 450kcal, 5 m\u00edseras bolachas que se comem em 3min t\u00eam 140kcal e ningu\u00e9m diz nada sobre elas&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/ginasiovirtual.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/04\/pao.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-7918\" src=\"https:\/\/ginasiovirtual.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/04\/pao.jpg\" alt=\"pao\" width=\"666\" height=\"400\" srcset=\"https:\/\/ginasiovirtual.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/04\/pao.jpg 666w, https:\/\/ginasiovirtual.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/04\/pao-300x180.jpg 300w, https:\/\/ginasiovirtual.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/04\/pao-18x12.jpg 18w, https:\/\/ginasiovirtual.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/04\/pao-20x12.jpg 20w, https:\/\/ginasiovirtual.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/04\/pao-610x366.jpg 610w, https:\/\/ginasiovirtual.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/04\/pao-600x360.jpg 600w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 666px) 100vw, 666px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u00c9 um alimento guloso sim&#8230; mas as bolachas s\u00e3o mais e a facilidade em sair dos eixos \u00e9 maior nas bolachas.<\/p>\n<p><strong> Mas 1\/2 a 1 sandes saciam muito mais do que 1 iogurte e 3 bolachas, e tem as mesmas calorias (+\/- 30kcal que \u00e9 insignificante num plano de 1300\/1500 para mulher e 1800 para homem&#8230;).<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>E n\u00e3o tem de comer p\u00e3o integral para tirar partido das suas vantagens. Usa um p\u00e3o de mistura, com farinha de trigo e centeio T70\/T80 como m\u00ednimo e varia o mais poss\u00edvel.<\/p>\n<p>Mas sim, o p\u00e3o de forma de longa dura\u00e7\u00e3o tem mais &#8220;coisas&#8221;, mas continua a ter menos do que as bolachas (e a ser mais saciante).<br \/>\nAnalisa\u00a0a lista de ingredientes e tira as tuas pr\u00f3prias conclus\u00f5es.<\/p>\n<p>Encontras
