Evito fritos, certas gorduras e fast food.<br \/>\nMas de vez em quando tamb\u00e9m dou uma escapadinha \u00e0 dieta, h\u00e1 que viver a vida e um cineminha com uma amiga, com tudo controlado e sem excessos, s\u00f3 faz \u00e9 bem!<\/p>\n<p>Agora, \u00e9 l\u00f3gico que em pr\u00e9-competi\u00e7\u00e3o sigo tudo \u00e0 risca.<br \/>\nRefrigerantes?
