parte 2"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Depois da primeira parte, em que foram abordados tr\u00eas mitos muito comuns relacionados com a perda de gordura,\u00a0fica a conhecer agora mais 5 mitos muito batidos quando\u00a0se trata de perder peso.<\/p>\n<p>Se ainda n\u00e3o leste os tr\u00eas primeiros, passa por <a title=\"Mitos na perda de gordura \u2013 parte 1\" href=\"https:\/\/ginasiovirtual.com\/mitos-na-perda-de-gordura-parte-1\/\">aqui<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h1><strong>Mito 4: N\u00e3o como fruta porque tem a\u00e7\u00facar<\/strong><\/h1>\n<p>A fruta \u00e9 uma fonte importante de 4 componentes essenciais numa alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o equilibrada:<br \/>\nFibra, vitaminas (sobretudo a C), minerais e fitoqu\u00edmicos (polifen\u00f3is, caroten\u00f3ides, flavon\u00f3ides muito espec\u00edficos).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Frequentemente procuramos suplementos de vitaminas e minerais, no entanto, nenhum pode ter o mesmo efeito que os compostos naturalmente presentes na fruta.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Infelizmente, tem uma desvantagem.<\/span><br \/>\nDe facto a fruta tem tantos hidratos de carbono como as suas fontes naturais (cereais), o que pode n\u00e3o ajudar num plano alimentar de emagrecimento.<br \/>\nPensemos: compara a saciedade ao comer 1 ma\u00e7\u00e3 (120-130g) versus comer 1 fatia p\u00e3o (30g).<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Outra desvantagem passa tamb\u00e9m pelo efeito energ\u00e9tico.<\/span><br \/>\nDe facto a fruta tem sobretudo um a\u00e7\u00facar chamado frutose, que pouco ou nada contribui para as nossas reservas de glicog\u00e9nio muscular, por vezes t\u00e3o importantes para o rendimento no treino.<br \/>\nNo entanto isso n\u00e3o quer dizer que seja imediatamente armazenada como &#8220;gordura&#8221;.<br \/>\nO excesso, como em tudo na alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o, pode levar a essa desvantagem.<\/p>\n<p>Num plano de emagrecimento, isso leva-nos a pensar em estipular um n\u00famero de pe\u00e7as equilibrado, que n\u00e3o prejudique muito o controlo cal\u00f3rico, mas que confira a riqueza nutricional necess\u00e1ria.<br \/>\nAlgures entre 1 a 3 pe\u00e7as, conforme a ingest\u00e3o energ\u00e9tica do indiv\u00edduo, e a sua sensibilidade aos hidratos de carbono, \u00e9 uma boa op\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00c9 necess\u00e1rio retirar a fruta por completo!?<\/strong><br \/>\n<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">N\u00e3o&#8230; De hortali\u00e7a s\u00f3 br\u00f3colos, nada de cenoura nem ab\u00f3bora na sopa<\/strong><\/h1>\n<p>Vamos deixar uma coisa bem clara, as hortali\u00e7as TODAS t\u00eam:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>baixo valor energ\u00e9tico (20-30kcal\/100g)<\/li>\n<li>baixo teor de hidratos de carbono (&lt;10g\/100g)<\/li>\n<li>baixa carga glic\u00e9mica (pelo ponto acima)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Tal como na fruta, a sua riqueza \u00e9 imensa: vitaminas, minerais e fitoqu\u00edmicos.<br \/>\nQuanto mais variarmos, maior a variedade conseguimos de compostos antioxidantes, anti-cancer\u00edgenos, anti-agregantes plaquet\u00e1rios, anti-inflamat\u00f3rios e muitos outros efeitos protectores.<br \/>\n<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Portanto quanto mais colorido for o teu prato (e cesto no mercado) melhor.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">\n<p><strong>Qual o &#8220;problema&#8221; depende.<\/p>\n<p>Se colocares\u00a02 batatas doces para 4 tigelas, \u00e9 quase o mesmo que p\u00f4r 1 batata por tigela.<\/p>\n<p>O problema n\u00e3o \u00e9 a batata em si, mas o facto de aumentar a densidade energ\u00e9tica da sopa sem que se &#8220;mastigue&#8221; os estudos cl\u00ednicos deixaram muito a desejar.<\/strong><br \/>\nN\u00e3o quer dizer que n\u00e3o possa ajudar o corpo mas&#8230; o investimento que \u00e9 necess\u00e1rio, permitia-te comprar muitos alimentos de qualidade de que o teu corpo vai gostar quanto estiver em d\u00e9fice.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"> Quanto \u00e0 L-carnitina, menos dispendiosa \u00e9 verdade, mas sozinha tamb\u00e9m n\u00e3o faz<\/span>. Isso engorda imenso&#8230;&#8221;<br \/>\nHoje toda a gente come aveia para &#8220;secar&#8221;&#8230; mudam-se os tempos, mudam-se as verdades?!<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">A aveia \u00e9 rica em fibra sol\u00favel, nomeadamente gomas, que s\u00e3o muito boas n\u00e3o s\u00f3 para saciar a fome mas tamb\u00e9m no controlo dos n\u00edveis de a\u00e7\u00facar no sangue (glicemia).<\/span><br \/>\n<strong>Mas n\u00e3o deixa de ter valor energ\u00e9tico e n\u00e3o deixa de ser uma fonte de hidratos de carbono.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ainda assim, prefere 100x aveia do que cereais a\u00e7ucarados.<br \/>\nPodes combinar aveia e nestum se te custa mesmo muito a comer aveia, \u00e9 uma quest\u00e3o de combinar quantidades certas.<\/p>\n<p>A por\u00e7\u00e3o?
