tiene sus ventajas y desventajas.<\/span>, e incluso puedes combinar ambos.<\/p>\n<p>El HIIT quema menos grasa durante el entrenamiento, pero aumenta tu metabolismo y termina quemando m\u00e1s a lo largo del d\u00eda que el cardio cl\u00e1sico.<\/p>\n<p>El problema es que es un m\u00e9todo muy exigente, tanto a nivel muscular como mental, y es dif\u00edcil de combinar con un entrenamiento intenso de pesas, al menos de forma regular.<\/p>\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n conlleva un mayor riesgo de lesiones, especialmente en situaciones de impacto, como correr.<\/p>\n<p>El cardio cl\u00e1sico, a diferencia del HIIT, es f\u00e1cil de combinar con el entrenamiento de fuerza, ya que no es muy extenuante, pero es m\u00e1s aburrido y m\u00e1s largo.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ninguno de los entrenamientos te ayudar\u00e1 si no logras un d\u00e9ficit de calor\u00edas, y eso es lo m\u00e1s importante si quieres perder grasa.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Debes ver el cardio como una herramienta para ayudarte a
