    I'm a fake thin and I can't gain muscle mass. I started training two months ago and I was gaining some mass, but suddenly I lost mass and weight too. Before I started training I had a low calorie diet to not gain weight and I continued with the same diet even training. I increased my caloric intake and together I take 20g of Whey when I wake up and 30g after training. The problem with eating more calories is the bigger abdomen. I would like some guidance because gaining and losing weight only makes me more flaccid even when training with intensity three times a week.
