Ingredients

  • 30g of protein powder (flavor of your choice)
  • 30g of quark cheese
  • 1 tablespoon of whole wheat flour
  • 1 tablespoon of lean cocoa powder
  • 1 Stevia dessert spoon
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 tablespoons of water
  • 30g of apple puree (optional)
  • 10g peanut butter (optional)

Preparation

  • Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix until you get a cake-like mixture.
  • Put the mixture previously greased with a teaspoon of peanut oil into a mug.
  • Microwave at maximum power for 2 minutes. Depending on the microwave it may take longer.
  • With the help of a knife, unmold the cake and spread the peanut butter on top.
