mixes several types of this protein in a (very) extensive formula.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Let&#039;s start by saying that it&#039;s a supplement that leaves a little to be desired, but if you want to know more, there&#039;s nothing like reading the full review.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Starting with the basics, this supplement is available in several national stores in three formats:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>907g<\/li>\n<li>2.27kg<\/li>\n<li>4.54kg<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In addition to the three different sizes, there are also three different flavors, which are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strawberry cream<\/li>\n<li>Triple chocolate<\/li>\n<li>Vanilla ice cream<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In the case of this review, the flavor chosen was vanilla ice cream, as there are slight changes between flavors, as is normal.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Now moving on to the list of ingredients, there must be few whey protein supplements on the market with so many ingredients in their formula!<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/ginasiovirtual.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/ingredientes2.jpg\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" 368px) 100vw, 368px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Looking at the list of ingredients, it is difficult to decode this formula, but let&#039;s translate it in a simple way.<\/p>\n<p>The main ingredients of this supplement, as you would expect, are protein sources, with concentrated whey being the form present in greatest abundance in this product, followed by isolated whey and finally hydrolyzed isolated whey.<\/p>\n<p>Then we have what the brand calls a \u201cControlled Release Complex\u201d which is nothing more than a mixture of carbohydrates such as oats, soy or modified starch and also an emulsifier and a stabilizer.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Yes, this supplement has ingredients such as oats and soy added, meaning it is not exclusively whey.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This product also includes several added amino acids such as Taurine, Threonine, Glycine, Glutamine and L-Leucine.<\/p>\n<p>Finally, you have those ingredients that do not appear in the nutritional table, such as flavorings, sweeteners, etc.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Without looking at the nutritional table, with this list of ingredients it is to be expected that this product leaves a little to be desired, mainly due to the added carbohydrates.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Nutritional value<\/strong><\/h3>\n<table border=\"1\" width=\"100%\" cellspacing=\"0\" impressive, quite the opposite, it is bad.<\/p>\n<p>Each dose of <a href=\"https:\/\/tidd.ly\/3lHK1Gq\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Mutant Whey<\/a> It provides 22g of protein, which is great, but each dose is made up of 36g of supplement, which is not so good and will make this whey run out quickly.<\/p>\n<p><strong>But what really matters are the values per 100g, and in addition to a very low protein content of 61%, this supplement is composed of 19.5% of carbohydrates and 9.7% of fats.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>If you are into the subject, you know that these values are low, if you are not href=\"https:\/\/ginasiovirtual.com\/scitec-100-whey-professional-analise\/\"  rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Whey Professional by Scitec<\/a> with a difference of 12.3%, and compared to <a href=\"https:\/\/ginasiovirtual.com\/impact-whey-myprotein-analise\/\"  rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Impact Whey<\/a> or to <a href=\"https:\/\/ginasiovirtual.com\/prozis-100-whey-concentrate-analise\/\"  rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Prozis Whey Concentrate<\/a>, the difference is 21%!<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">In other words, this protein supplement is made up of only 61% of protein, which is VERY low, and 19.5% of carbohydrates, which is (very) bad.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align:
