existir nenhum numero de repeti\u00e7\u00f5es pr\u00e9-determinados para este tipo de treino, faz pelo menos tr\u00eas repeti\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/p>\n<p>Se a tua condi\u00e7\u00e3o f\u00edsica n\u00e3o for a melhor, come\u00e7a por fazer um per\u00edodo de sprint baixo e um per\u00edodo de baixa intensidade maior, por exemplo 10 segundos de sprint com 30 segundos de baixa intensidade.<\/p>\n<p>Se estiveres em forma, podes come\u00e7ar por fazer 30 segundos de sprint com 20 segundos de baixa intensidade com 5 ou 6 repeti\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Final
