Regional Norte como no Campeonato Nacional.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>O Pedro estreou-se em palco o ano passado com 21 anos em que obteve o 11\u00ba lugar da sua categoria no Campeonato Nacional, mas este ano voltou a subir ao palco e desta vez conquistou alguns t\u00edtulos.<\/p>\n<p>Foi o campe\u00e3o absoluto de Men&#8217;s Physique no Regional Norte e no Campeonato Nacional para al\u00e9m de vencer muito novo que os f\u00edsicos est\u00e9ticos e musculados de alguns her\u00f3is das bandas desenhadas me chamavam \u00e0 aten\u00e7\u00e3o, eu admirava bastante e ambicionava\u00a0um dia poder-me assemelhar ao registo de um corpo musculado, est\u00e9tico e com defini\u00e7\u00e3o vis\u00edvel.<\/p>\n<p>Entretanto ao longo do tempo fui crescendo e a uma certa altura senti que podia come\u00e7ar a dar os primeiros passos para melhorar o meu f\u00edsico, tornando-o \u00e0 semelhan\u00e7a de algumas refer\u00eancias est\u00e9ticas que j\u00e1 tinha na altura.<\/p>\n<p>Quando entrei no secund\u00e1rio conheci um colega que j\u00e1 treinava e decidi come\u00e7ar a treinar com ele, mas foi um ano depois, em 2011 acabado de fazer 17 anos que realmente comecei a treinar a s\u00e9rio.<\/p>\n<p>Inscrevi-me num gin\u00e1sio perto da minha escola e comecei a dedicar-me e focar-me \u00e0 procura de potenciar os meus resultados, pesquisando cada vez mais sobre a mat\u00e9ria de treino, alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o e suplementa\u00e7\u00e3o, tentando\u00a0arrecadar o m\u00e1ximo de conhecimentos das diversas fontes de informa\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>Fui testando o m\u00e9todo de tentativa\/erro de forma a poder alcan\u00e7ar a forma f\u00edsica desejada e ao longo do tempo fui me tornando cada vez mais exigente comigo mesmo, elevando a fasquia sempre a n\u00edveis mais altos, procurando sempre novos desafios e impondo novas metas de forma a chegar perto do shape que desejava.<\/p>\n<p><a compete?<\/strong><\/h1>\n<p>Acho que o que me levou a competir foi o facto de gostar e levar t\u00e3o a s\u00e9rio este estilo de vida, de procurar sempre mais dentro deste meio, quer em informa\u00e7\u00e3o como em resultados, da\u00ed a competi\u00e7\u00e3o me fascinar.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00e3o \u00e9 s\u00f3 pelo simples facto de competir contra outros atletas, mas tamb\u00e9m pela curiosidade de viver e saber como se procede a uma prepara\u00e7\u00e3o, poder aprender e conhecer melhor o nosso corpo durante esse processo e extrair o m\u00e1ximo de informa\u00e7\u00e3o dessa experi\u00eancia.<\/p>\n<p>Outro dos motivos pelos quais decidi competir na categoria de Men\u2019s Physique foi pelo facto de achar que o meu corpo tinha algumas linhas que encaixavam no padr\u00e3o da categoria, a forma de apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o em palco e todo o conceito desta nova vertente do culturismo fascinou-me pelo facto de ser uma categoria muito focada na est\u00e9tica, equil\u00edbrio deixando a quarta-feira e o domingo como dia de descanso que por vezes aproveito para fazer uma sess\u00e3o de cardio e deixar espa\u00e7o para trabalhar um grupo que considere mais fraco.<\/p>\n<p>Quando monto os meus treinos tento mudar de dois em dois meses, por vezes separo os grupos musculares todos por dias como no treino atual ou ent\u00e3o concentro mais grupos em cada dia da semana.<\/p>\n<p>Tenho sempre uma base mas tento n\u00e3o repetir sempre o mesmo treino, procuro sempre exerc\u00edcios compostos e concentrados para cada grupo, gosto de <a href=\"https:\/\/ginasiovirtual.com\/o-que-e\/superserie\/\"  rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">super-series<\/a> como tamb\u00e9m s\u00e9ries compostas.<\/p>\n<p>Procuro uma fase exc\u00eantrica bastante lenta pelo menos num dos exerc\u00edcios de cada grupo, procuro tamb\u00e9m exerc\u00edcios que me levem \u00e0 falha, exerc\u00edcios onde a carga \u00e9 maior e tento adaptar o numero de s\u00e9ries\/repeti\u00e7\u00f5es dependendo do objetivo.<\/p>\n<p>Acima de tudo gosto de sentir a dor, que estou a espremer o m\u00fasculo ao m\u00e1ximo, adoro a sensa\u00e7\u00e3o de acabar o come from?<\/strong><\/h1>\n<p>A motiva\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 um elemento chave em tudo o que fazemos na vida para poder ser feito com sucesso.<\/p>\n<p>Todos os dias tento estar motivado e focado ao m\u00e1ximo, temos de acordar e n\u00e3o ter medo do que est\u00e1 para vir, temos que aceitar que a dor neste processo \u00e9 a nossa aliada e acima de tudo sentirmos prazer onde os outros temem arriscar.<\/p>\n<p>Muitas vezes vou buscar a motiva\u00e7\u00e3o a v\u00eddeos e fotos de outros atletas de refer\u00eancia para mim como Felipe Franco, <a href=\"https:\/\/ginasiovirtual.com\/dieta-e-treino-sadik-hadzovik\/\"  rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Sadik Hadzovic<\/a>, Jason Poston, <a href=\"https:\/\/ginasiovirtual.com\/dieta-e-treino-jeremy-buendia\/\"  rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Jeremy Buendia<\/a> or Anton Antipov.<\/p>\n<p>Atualmente nas redes sociais onde partilho o meu dia-a-dia vou buscar muita motiva\u00e7\u00e3o, n\u00e3o s\u00f3 por partilhar com as outras pessoas, onde o meu objetivo \u00e9 mostrar e motivar quem v\u00ea, mas tamb\u00e9m por receber mensagens e feedbacks positivos dos meus posts, isso d\u00e1 uma ajuda enorme e \u00e9 sempre uma motiva\u00e7\u00e3o extra ao nosso dia.<\/p>\n<p>Uma vez que adoro treinar \u00e9 f\u00e1cil me manter motivado, e nos dias menos bons posso contar sempre com o apoio dos meus parceiros de treino, n\u00e3o \u00e9 por n\u00e3o estar motivado que vou deixar de treinar ou falhar uma refei\u00e7\u00e3o!<\/p>\n<p>Para al\u00e9m disso tento sempre impor metas para os meus objetivos e procurar resultados \u00e9 o que mais me motiva, fa\u00e7o de tudo para n\u00e3o falhar um treino, para n\u00e3o falhar uma refei\u00e7\u00e3o, uma s\u00e9rie e mesmo uma repeti\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>Foco-me bastante no meu objetivo, por vezes isolo-me um pouco para n\u00e3o me distrair com algo que possa influenciar os resultados, sou bastante regrado no que como, no que bebo e no que fa\u00e7o durante o dia de forma a potenciar sempre os meus resultados enquanto atleta e pessoa, e tento sempre desfrutar ao m\u00e1ximo de todos os momentos, viver um dia de cada vez e sentir o prazer deste estilo de vida que me faz sentir \u00f3timo e bem comigo mesmo.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration:
