21's

What is 21?

21 is a technique normally used in bicep curls, although it is possible to perform it in more exercises.

Here is an example of a set of 21's for the bicep curl exercise:

7 reps of bicep curl with the first half of the movement (from bottom to middle)

7 reps of bicep curl with the second half of the movement (from middle to above)

7 full bicep curl reps (normal, full movement)

All of this was done in a row, without rest, totaling a total of 21 repetitions.
