What are thermogenics?

Thermogens are supplements used to lose fat.

They work by increasing metabolism and body temperature to lead to greater energy expenditure and thus faster weight and fat loss.

The most famous and used thermogenic is caffeine.

There are several thermogenic formulas, each with its own mix of ingredients.

As they are normally based on stimulant ingredients, they should not be used by people sensitive to them.
They should not be used around bedtime as they may interfere with sleep.
