What are pre-workouts?

Pre-workout supplements are formulas used to increase performance during training.

They are usually combinations of amino acids, stimulants and vitamins.
These combinations allow you to increase concentration during training, energy levels and endurance during exercise.

There are several supplements of this type, some better than others.

As the name implies, it is taken before training, about 30 minutes before.

Formulas containing stimulants should not be taken at night as they may interfere with sleep.
