e h\u00e1 quem defenda descansos mais longos para conseguir recuperar melhor.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Afinal de contas, quem tem raz\u00e3o?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Se o teu objetivo \u00e9 ganhar massa muscular, ou manter a que tens enquanto perdes gordura, quanto tempo deves descansar entre s\u00e9ries?<\/p>\n<p>Para responder a esta quest\u00e3o fomos primeiro dar uma vista de olhos ao que os estudos nos dizem, e encontr\u00e1mos alguns para nos ajudar.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Depois dos estudos, fica a nossa opini\u00e3o sobre o assunto.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Vamos l\u00e1 ent\u00e3o descobrir quanto tempo de descanso entre as s\u00e9ries com pesos \u00e9 o ideal.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>1 Minute vs. 3 Minuten<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Este ano foi publicado um estudo interessante que comparou per\u00edodos de descanso longos, com per\u00edodos de descanso curtos, num contexto de for\u00e7a e hipertrofia.<\/p>\n<p>Foram selecionados 21 homens jovens, com experi\u00eancia de treino e foram divididos em dois grupos.<\/p>\n<p>Um dos grupos descansou 1 minuto entre cada s\u00e9rie, j\u00e1 o outro grupo descansou 3 minutos entre s\u00e9ries.<\/p>\n<p>A experi\u00eancia durou 8 semanas, e consistiu em tr\u00eas treinos semanais de corpo inteiro, com 7 exerc\u00edcios por treino, 3 s\u00e9ries por exerc\u00edcio e entre 8 a 12 repeti\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">No final do estudo os resultados demonstraram que o grupo que descansou mais tempo, 3 minutos, n\u00e3o s\u00f3 ganhou mais for\u00e7a, como seria de esperar, mas tamb\u00e9m ganhou mais massa muscular do que o grupo que descansou apenas um minuto.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Em termos de resist\u00eancia muscular os resultados foram semelhantes entre ambos os entre s\u00e9ries, e descansos mais prolongados.<\/p>\n<p>Decidiram avaliar as diferen\u00e7as a n\u00edvel de hipertrofia, for\u00e7a e resposta hormonal entre estes dois m\u00e9todos.<\/p>\n<p>O estudo durou 10 semanas e foram selecionados 12 homens, com uma m\u00e9dia de idades de 25 anos e sem experi\u00eancia de treino.<\/p>\n<p>Foram separados em dois grupos, um deles com um per\u00edodo de descanso entre s\u00e9ries de 1 minuto e o outro de 2.5 minutos.<\/p>\n<p>No final da primeira semana, o grupo que descansou apenas um minuto, teve um aumento de testosterona e cortisol ap\u00f3s o treino superior em rela\u00e7\u00e3o ao grupo que descansou 2.5 minutos.<\/p>\n<p><strong>No entanto, no final do estudo, essa diferen\u00e7a desapareceu, e a resposta hormonal era semelhante entre grupos, tal como o ganho de for\u00e7a.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A diferen\u00e7a entre os dois grupos no final foi apenas uma.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">O grupo que descansou mais tempo entre s\u00e9ries, ganhou mais massa muscular.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><strong>2 Minuten vs. 5 Minuten<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Num estudo que durou 6 meses, decidiram comparar os resultados entre per\u00edodos de descanso de 2 minutos em rela\u00e7\u00e3o a per\u00edodos de descanso de 5 minutos entre s\u00e9ries.<\/p>\n<p>Para isso selecionaram 13 homens com experi\u00eancia de treino e analisaram se algum destes dois m\u00e9todos conseguia trazer melhores resultados a n\u00edvel de massa muscular, for\u00e7a e at\u00e9 mesmo a n\u00edvel hormonal.<\/p>\n<p>Durante tr\u00eas meses estes homens fizeram o seu plano de treino com 2 minutos de descanso, e durante outros tr\u00eas meses descansaram 5 minutos.<\/p>\n<p>No final do estudo a conclus\u00e3o foi simples.<\/p>\n<p><strong>N\u00e3o houve diferen\u00e7as significativas entre os dois m\u00e9todos, tanto a n\u00edvel de massa muscular, for\u00e7a ou mesmo diferen\u00e7as a n\u00edvel hormonal.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2><strong>Quanto tempo devo descansar ent\u00e3o?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Segundo os estudos, utilizar descansos curtos n\u00e3o parece ter qualquer benef\u00edcio a n\u00edvel de hipertrofia, e foi a essa mesma conclus\u00e3o que chegaram em 2014, quando decidiram avaliar os estudos dispon\u00edveis sobre o tema (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pubmed\/25047853\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">1<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Deves descansar o suficiente de forma a n\u00e3o afectar a tua pr\u00f3xima s\u00e9rie, ou seja, se descansar 1 minuto significa que vais reduzir a carga em 20%, ent\u00e3o deves descansar mais tempo.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>N\u00e3o h\u00e1 nenhum n\u00famero m\u00e1gico, mas para m\u00fasculos maiores e exerc\u00edcios compostos, deves descansar pelo menos 2.5 minutos.<\/p>\n<p>J\u00e1 para m\u00fasculos mais pequenos e exerc\u00edcios isoladores, pelo menos 1.5 minutos parece ser um bom ponto de partida, mas podes precisar de mais.<\/p>\n<p>Existem v\u00e1rios factores que podem afectar o tempo de descanso entre s\u00e9ries, como a experi\u00eancia de treino ou a dieta, portanto, deves adapt\u00e1-los de forma a conseguires os melhores resultados.<\/p>\n<p>Outro factor importante a ter em conta \u00e9 o teu tempo para treinar, e se descansar 3 minutos significa fazer menos exerc\u00edcios, ent\u00e3o
