Fica a conhec\u00ea-lo melhor nesta entrevista.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Come\u00e7ou pelo Regional Sul em que obteve o segundo lugar na sua categoria, e passado uma semana e alguns ajustes, subiu ao palco no Campeonato Nacional da IFBB.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">N\u00e3o\u00a0s\u00f3 ficou com o primeiro lugar da sua categoria, como se tornou campe\u00e3o absoluto de Men&#8217;s Physique no Overall, ou seja, \u00e9 o <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">actual campe\u00e3o nacional<\/span>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Name:&nbsp;<\/strong>Jo\u00e3o Fialho<\/li><li><strong>Alter:&nbsp;<\/strong>26<\/li><li><strong>H\u00f6he:&nbsp;<\/strong>1,72 m<\/li><li><strong>Peso em competi\u00e7\u00e3o:<\/strong> 70\/71 kg<\/li><li><strong>Peso fora de competi\u00e7\u00e3o:<\/strong> 76\/77kg<\/li><li><strong>Regional Sul 2016 &#8211; 2\u00ba Lugar<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Campeonato Nacional 2016 &#8211;&nbsp;Campe\u00e3o Absoluto<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-text-align-center has-white-color has-vivid-red-background-color has-text-color has-background wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-como-e-porque-que-come-aste-a-treinar\"><strong>Wie und warum hast du mit dem Training begonnen?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Comecei a treinar, ali\u00e1s, a ir ao gin\u00e1sio quando tinha uns 15 anos com o meu grande amigo Andr\u00e9 Cambim. Na altura&nbsp;jogava futebol e queria ter os m\u00fasculos bonitos, mas n\u00e3o me esfor\u00e7ava para tal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Regularmente, com afinco e dedica\u00e7\u00e3o, em 2013, quando estava a terminar o meu curso superior de Desporto, aqui sim, foi a minha mudan\u00e7a!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Comecei a estudar, a pesquisar, a testar m\u00e9todos de treino, fazer alguns ajustes na minha alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o e os primeiros resultados come\u00e7aram a aparecer. Iniciei este processo porque decidi que queria mudar. Queria ser diferente e queria ser tido como exemplo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Considero que na minha \u00e1rea, a \u00e1rea do fitness, n\u00f3s enquanto t\u00e9cnicos, devemos ser o exemplo para os nossos alunos\/atletas. Rita Mestre, uma pessoa extremamente competente, com bom conhecimento de nutri\u00e7\u00e3o desportiva.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Por exemplo, quando pretendo prefiram utilizar treinos intensos em vez de treinos muito volumosos e com enormes cargas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-text-align-center has-white-color has-vivid-red-background-color has-text-color
